Abstract
This rule amends the Food and Consumer Service (FCS) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations contained in 7 CFR part 295 as required by the FOIA and 7 CFR part 1--Administrative Regulations, subpart A--Official Records, Sec. 1.3 Agency Implementing Regulations. The revised information mainly reflects changes in office addresses and locations and expands the information for accessing records.
