## Abstract

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) hereby amends its General Administrative Regulations by revising the Disputes clause. The intended effect of this rule is to provide reinsured companies with an informal reconsideration process through an administrative officer of FCIC and the right to appeal the administrative officer's determination to the Board of Contract Appeals.
