## Abstract

We are amending the horse importation regulations to add vesicular stomatitis to the list of diseases from which a premises, and adjoining premises, must be free before a horse from that premises may be imported into the United States. This action appears necessary to prevent the introduction of vesicular stomatitis into the United States.
