## Abstract

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) hereby establishes procedures and policies pursuant to which a borrower under the RE Act may fund consultants used by the Administrator for financial, legal, engineering, environmental and other technical advice and services. The use of the consultants will assist RUS in the expeditious review of applications for financial assistance or other approvals sought by borrowers.
