Abstract
This final rulemaking amends Food Stamp Program regulations to establish procedures for implementing the restrictions concerning use of monthly reporting for households residing on reservations contained in the Food Stamp Program Improvements Act of 1994. It finalizes provisions of a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on June 6, 1995.
