Abstract
The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is holding a meeting, ``Demonstration Projects for Small Plants.'' This meeting will focus on the problems and techniques of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems implementation and operation in ``small'' and ``very small'' plants.
