Abstract
This document terminates the base-excess payment plan provisions of the Middle Atlantic, Carolina, Southeast, Tennessee Valley, and Louisville-Lexington-Evansville Federal milk marketing orders due to the expiration of legislative authority to incorporate base-excess plans in Federal milk marketing orders on December 31, 1996.
