## Abstract

This final rule adds a section to the rules and regulations currently prescribed under the marketing order for oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and tangelos grown in Florida. The marketing order is administered locally by the Citrus Administrative Committee (committee). This rule establishes procedures for limiting the volume of small red seedless grapefruit entering the fresh market during the first 11 weeks of each season. The committee believes these procedures could be used, when necessary, to help stabilize the market and improve grower returns.
