Abstract
The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (``FCIC'') hereby revises and makes final its regulations to provide a noninsured crop disaster assistance program (``NAP'') to protect producers of crops for which insurance is not available. NAP provides a level of protection that, in most respects, is comparable to the catastrophic risk protection program offered to producers of insurable crops.
