Abstract
We are amending our regulations to correct authority citations in four parts of title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations. These authority citations show the location in the Code of Federal Regulations of the delegations of authority from the Secretary of Agriculture to the Assistant Secretary for Marketing and Regulatory Programs and from the Assistant Secretary for Marketing and Regulatory Programs to the Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
