Abstract
This final rule amends certain provisions of the Fluid Milk Promotion Order. The amendments, requested by the National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board, which administers the Order, modify the term limits and membership status of Board members. This rule also amends certain order language in conformance with the 1996 Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act. In conformance with the President's Regulatory Reform Initiative, this rule revises or removes order language that has become obsolete.
