## Abstract

This interim rule provides for facility payment guarantees to be issued by the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC). The guarantees are to be issued in connection with sales of goods or services to establish or improve agricultural-related facilities in emerging markets to expand exports of U.S. agricultural commodities or products.
