## Abstract

This implements provisions of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (1996 Act) that affect the farm credit programs of the Farm Service Agency (FSA), formerly administered by the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA). The provisions of this rule affect the acquisition, management and disposal of inventory farm property by FSA.
