Abstract
This document suspends certain provisions of the Tennessee Valley Federal milk marketing order during the period of consideration of the termination of the Tennessee Valley order. The suspension deactivates the provisions that allow funds to be transferred from the Producer-Settlement Fund to the Transportation Credit Balancing Fund when the latter fund does not have sufficient funds to cover the amount of credits to be disbursed.
