## Abstract

This final rule suspends language in provisions of the raisin marketing order concerning certain offers of reserve raisins to handlers for free use. The marketing order regulates the handling of raisins produced from grapes grown in California, and is administered locally by the Raisin Administrative Committee (Committee). This rule indefinitely suspends certain language to provide the Committee more flexibility in meeting its marketing needs. This rule was unanimously recommended by the Committee.
