Abstract

This final rule removes obsolete regulations pertaining to approval of cold storage warehouses for peanuts under the peanut price support program. The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) no longer uses cold storage warehouses for peanuts owned by CCC or held by CCC as security for price support loans.
