Abstract
Pursuant to Government Performance Results Act, the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is removing obsolete, unnecessary, or redundant regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations. This action removes the regulations found at 7 CFR 650.26 concerning the NRCS wetland technical assistance policy.
