Abstract
This rule revises the regulations regarding commodity definitions applicable to parity price determinations under the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938. The revisions update commodity definitions and incorporate recent reorganizational changes within USDA. This action is being taken as part of the National Performance Review.
