## Abstract

We are amending the list of suppressive areas under the witchweed quarantine and regulations by removing areas from 12 counties in North Carolina and 3 counties in South Carolina. This action is necessary to relieve unnecessary restrictions on the interstate movement of regulated articles from North Carolina and South Carolina.
