## Abstract

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) amends the General Administrative Regulations, Subpart U--Ineligibility for Programs Under the Federal Crop Insurance Act and the Catastrophic Risk Protection Endorsement to conform with the statutory mandates of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (1998 Research Act).
