Abstract
The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) amends subpart T in the General Administrative Regulations and the Common Crop Insurance Regulations, Basic Provisions, to conform with the statutory mandates of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (1998 Research Act) and to move those provisions that are terms of insurance from subpart T into the Basic Provisions. In this rule, FCIC will also remove those provisions of subpart T that have been moved to the Basic Provisions.
