Abstract
This document revises the delegations of authority from the Secretary of Agriculture and general officers of the Department in order to delegate to the Chief Economist and the Director of the Office of Risk Assessment and Cost-Benefit Analysis the authority to enter into contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements to further research programs in the food and agricultural sciences as authorized in 7 U.S.C. 3318.
