Abstract
We are adopting as a final rule, without change, an interim rule that amended the gypsy moth quarantine and regulations by adding 3 areas in Ohio and 14 areas in Wisconsin to the list of generally infested areas. The interim rule was necessary to prevent the artificial spread of gypsy moth to noninfested areas of the United States.
