Abstract
We are amending the Karnal bunt regulations by adding compensation provisions for growers and seed companies for the loss in value of wheat seed and straw in the 1995-1996 crop season. The payment of compensation is necessary in order to reduce the economic impact of the Karnal bunt regulations on affected wheat growers and other individuals.
