## Abstract

The Rural utilities Service (RUS) hereby amends the regulations utilized to administer the water and waste loan and grant programs. This rule removes references to forms no longer required for use by the Agency and to add reference to RUS Bulletin 1780-12, ``Water and Waste Grant Agreement.''
