## Abstract

This rule amends the Commodity Credit Corporation's (CCC's) Cooperative Marketing Association (CMA) program to reduce workload and reporting burdens and focus CCC's monitoring efforts on the CMA's participation in the commodity loan and loan deficiency payment programs. Other CMA business functions will no longer be subject to review or approval.
