Abstract
The Rural Housing Service (RHS or Agency), formerly the Rural Housing and Community Development Service, a successor agency to the Farmers Home Administration, amends its regulations for the Community Facilities Grant Program. The intended effect is to finalize the Community Facilities Grant (CFG) program regulations that enable RHS to provide essential community facilities. RHS is also clarifying and revising its processing procedures and requirements in order to provide better service to rural communities.
