Abstract
This document revises the delegations of authority from the Secretary of Agriculture and general officers of the Department to delegate, through the Under Secretary for Natural Resources and Environment, to the Chief of the Forest Service the authority vested in the Secretary pursuant to Title V of the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 1998 (Title V), Pub. L. 105-83, relating to the New World Mine acquisition and other priority land acquisitions, exchanges, and maintenance.
