## Abstract

We are adopting as a final rule, without change, an interim rule that amended the gypsy moth quarantine and regulations by adding Indiana to the list of States quarantined because of gypsy moth and by adding Steuben County in Indiana to the list of generally infested areas. The interim rule was necessary in order to impose certain restrictions on the interstate movement from Steuben County of regulated articles to prevent the artificial spread of gypsy moth to noninfested areas of the United States.
