Abstract
The Department of Agriculture (USDA) is amending the Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) to reorganize part 413, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. USDA is reorganizing part 413 to reflect the reorganization of part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This amendment changes the structure, but not the substance, of AGAR part 413.
