Abstract
The Department of Agriculture (USDA) is amending the Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) to revise and reorganize part 415, Contracting by Negotiation. USDA is revising and reorganizing part 415 to reflect changes in the content and structure of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This amendment makes it easier for users to consult AGAR part 415 in tandem with FAR part 15.
