## Abstract

The Rural Housing Service (RHS) corrects a final rule published June 17, 1999 (64 FR 32387). This action is to remove an incorrect amendment. Accordingly, the final rule is corrected to read as follows: On page 32388 in the third column, remove Amendment 3 and redesignate remaining amendments accordingly.
