## Abstract

This rule revises the administrative rules and regulations of the Federal marketing order for California walnuts (order) to require handlers to report receipts of walnuts grown outside of the United States. The order regulates the handling of walnuts grown in California and is administered locally by the Walnut Marketing Board (Board). Requiring handlers to report to the Board receipts of walnuts grown outside of the United States will allow the Board to have better information on the total available supply of walnuts within California, which includes both California and foreign product. This will facilitate program administration.
