Abstract
We are amending the regulations governing the importation of plants established in growing media to allow the importation of rhododendron from Europe under conditions designed to prevent the introduction of dangerous plant pests. This action will relieve restrictions on the importation of rhododendron plants from Europe while continuing to protect against introduction of plant pests.
