Abstract
The Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBS) is issuing new regulations for the Rural Business Opportunity Grant (RBOG) Program. This action is needed to implement a new program authorized by section 741 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 to assist economic development in rural areas. The intended effect of this action is to implement the RBOG program.
