This final rule sets forth the policies and procedures implementing the Agricultural Management Assistance Program (AMA). The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), on behalf of the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC), published an interim final rule with request for comment on November 20, 2008 (73 FR 70245). NRCS issues this final rule to address public comments received during the 60-day public comment period and to clarify policies to improve program implementation.
