WAS STRUCK BY A VAN STARTING AT DRIVERS DOOR MIRROR ALL THE WAY DOWN DRIVERS SIDE. DRIVERS DOOR OPENED ALLOWING DRIVER TO BE EJECTED. SEAT BELT RELEASED AND NO AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. ENGINE STALLED DURING ACCIDENT. *TR
