TL*  THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE CONTACT WAS INVOLVED IN A HEAD ON CRASH AND THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND THE PASSENGER SUSTAINED A FRACTURED NECK. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
