UPON IMPACT (CAR WAS REAR ENDED) THE PASSENGER SEAT POPPED,  BROKE IN A RECLINING POSITION.  THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPEN.  I THINK IT SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN AN UP RIGHT POSITION.
