I WAS APPROACHING A STOP SIGN AT THE CORNER OR CHURCH AND MAIN STREETS IN CHESTER,  VERMONT AT LESS THAN 10 MPH  THE CAR SURGED FORWARD AND WOULD NOT STOP. I T-BONED A CAR COMING DOWN MAIN STREET AND THE CAR CONTINUED TO SURGE ACROSS THE ROAD.  THIS IS A SURGING PROBLEM THAT TOYOTA IS FULLY AWARE OF.
