TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2014 TOYOTA COROLLA. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND THE BRAKES SEIZED. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED.
