THE CONSUMER HAS EXPEREINCED PROBLEMS WITH DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG.  CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT IN WHICH ANOTHER VEHICLE RAN INTO COROLLA WHILE IT  WAS STANDING STILL.  AIRBAG FAILED TO DEPLOY.  THE MANUFACTURER YET TO BE CONTACTED.  THE DEFECT COMPLIES WITH RECALL NUMBER 96V107000.   *AK
