TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2006 SCION XB. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE VEERED TO THE RIGHT AND LEFT. THE CONTACT CROSSED INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC AND CRASHED INTO A MOUNTAIN SIDE. THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A FRACTURED BREAST BONE AND RIBS THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED AND NOT DIAGNOSED.
