CONSUMER WAS IN A COLLISION THAT CONSISTED OF CONSUMER REAR ENDING ANOTHER VEHICLE AT 30MPH, AND AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY, CAUSING CONSUMER TO SUSTAIN MANY INJURIES. AT ONE POINT CONSUMER WAS ON A LIFE SUPPORT MACHINE. MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. *AK
