MAJOR INTRUSION ON FRONT END AFTER A MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT WITHOUT AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT. THIS OCCURRED ON THE HIGHWAY AFTER SLIDING ON ICE AND BEING HIT HEAD ON BY A FORD F150.
