RECALL 96V071000; OCCUPANT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN THE RECALL, BUT DEALER DID NOT DO THE RECALL BEFORE SELLING THE VEHICLE. AFTERWARDS,   VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE.  DEALER CLAIMED IT WAS THE CONSUMER'S PROBLEM.  *AK
