IN A HEAD ON COLLISION WITH A TELEPHONE POLE, THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.   THE ELECTRICAL WOULD JUST SHUT DOWN. BRAKES WERE ACTING STRANGE.   ALL WHILE MOVING.
