RECENTLY INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WHEN GOING IN REVERSE.  THE SRS ALARM MALFUNCTIONED  AND THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.  THE REVERSE BRAKING SYSTEM DID NOT INDICATED THAT I WAS CLOSE TO THE OBJECT.
