TL* THE CONTACT CALLED ON BEHALF OF HIS SPOUSE WHO OWNED A 2016 TOYOTA RAV4. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE CONTACT BECAME UNCONSCIOUS AND THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A TREE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A FRACTURED NOSE AND BRUISING TO THE RIBS, WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT FACILITY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED.
