CONSUMER WAS HIT BY A VEHICLE ON  DRIVER'S SIDE THAT WAS GOING AT APPROXIMATELY 40-50 MPH,  CAUSING  VEHICLE TO ROLL OVER  , FRONT AND SIDE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.  NO WARNING OF DEFECT.MANIFACTURER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED .  *AK
